Returns & Exchanges

Rudsak International offers a seamless return process for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that final sale items and select intimate apparel are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
